End User License Agreement

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Software.

Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your personal or internal business formulation work.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display the Software or its underlying data;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software;
• Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software;
• Use the Software to build a competing product or service;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract ingredient data, formulas, or any other content from the Software;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks contained within the Software.

The Software, including its source code, design, interface, ingredient databases, calculator logic, educational content, and all related intellectual property rights, is and remains the exclusive property of The Apothecary Os and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license expressly set forth in this Agreement.

You retain ownership of the original formulas you create and save using the Software. By saving formulas to your account, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your formulations.

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Software is an educational and assistive tool. We do not warrant that the Software's calculations, ingredient information, safety guidance, or recommendations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying the safety, regulatory compliance, stability, and efficacy of any product you formulate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Apothecary Os shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Software — including, without limitation, any harm resulting from products you formulate using the Software.

This license is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement immediately cease, and you must stop using the Software.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Apothecary Os operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
